About Program:

1 hour General Participatory MCLE credit.

Attorneys are often faced with the problem of having a grantor of a trust unable to name a suitable Successor Trustee, Power of Attorney for Finances and often Agent under Advance Healthcare Directive in the grantor’s documents. Recommending the services of a private professional fiduciary for these roles during the estate planning process will enhance your clients' perception of the care and service they receive. Explore opportunities for attorneys and fiduciaries to work together for the benefit and protection of their clients, both within the court system and in the private sector.

Susan Fox, CLPF, NCG, is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary and a National Certified Guardian. Susan K. Fox, the Principal and Founder of Liberty Fiduciary Services, has more than fifteen years experience of providing direct services to vulnerable individuals.
